Getting to the Venue
Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is conveniently located within minutes from Washington DC and northern Virginia, so there are many easy ways to get to the venue.
By Air
Reagan National airport (DCA) is the closest airport – less than 20 minutes away from the venue. The Gaylord is also accessible from Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) airports. Take advantage of the city’s taxis or rideshare options to get here with ease.
By Car
The Gaylord Hotel is located right next to the Washington DC Beltway, the Capital Beltway (I-495), I-95, and I-295. Gaylord National offers valet and self-parking options. Parking in the Gaylord National lot will be priced starting at $19.00 per day. Valet Parking is available in-front of the Gaylord at the main entrance for $67/day.
By Public Transport-Rail
Amtrak, Virginia’s VRE train, and Maryland’s MARC train all stop at Union Station. Amtrak, VRE, and MARC all connect to the DC Metro system at various points.
The closest DC Metro station to the Gaylord is Alexandria (King St.). Amtrak and VRE stop there as well. Take the NH2 bus line from there to the Gaylord.
By Public Transport-Bus
Use the (NH1) National Harbor Southern Ave bus line to get from the Southern Ave station to the hotel.
Use the (NH2) National Harbor Alexandria bus line to get from the Alexandria, VA stations to the hotel.
