What is the process?
- Complete the application form
- Our team will send you a barter agreement
- Review the agreement
- Send back with comments or approval
- Both parties sign
- Our team will supply you with a media partner kit
- Promotion begins
- 2 weeks pre-show you will be asked to share your activity
- Complementary pass(es) will be shared with you
How do I access my complimentary pass?
2 weeks prior to the show we ask that you share the deliverables from within your agreed barter agreement, following that you will receive your link to your complimentary pass.
